How do I get my hair back?
We use Track 24 No Signature with Royal Mail as our standard postal service but you can choose to upgrade to Special Delivery which offers enhanced tracking and insurance for upto £500How long does it take?
Our standard service is a week from receipt but our express service is only 48 hoursHow do I pay?
Once your hair is with us we send over our bank details
Terms of Service
By using 'Mane Envy Hair Tipping Service' you indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions outlined below
Hair should be sent clean, neatly bundled & tangles removed with a note containing a contact name and number, return address and any instructions. Should hair arrive unwashed and unsorted we charge £10
per 30 minutes plus any pre-wash requiredWefted/ Tape Hair - When the stitched part of your weft or the tape top has been cut off it will reduce the weight of the hairBulk Hair - If sending bulk hair loose hairs can be lost during tipping reducing the original weightAll hair is tipped by hand and as such there will be some variation in weight and tip size
We do however endeavour to make the tips as uniform as possible
All hair is returned using a tracked service if you want enhanced insurance the option to use Special Delivery is always offered. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any problems occurring during transit
although we will offer any help we can should any issues ariseIt is your responsibility to ensure that the hair arrives at our delivery address. We take no responsibility for items not deliveredWe do not accept any responsibility for hair fitted, coloured or altered in anyway after it has been returned to youIt is your responsibility to provide clear instructions on the service you require
